“Prompt service, kept updated via email on progress of my order. Item received as per order. Packaging very secure and was of a good standard suitable for a gift. The 'thank you for the order' note within the package was a nice touch. Will definitely be shopping with Louis Copeland again.”

“Disjointed service. I ordered the jacket on 17/4/17 (4pm on a bank hol). I assumed it would be dispatched the next day. I received an email on 20/4/17 notifying me of the order being dispatched. I never received an email to notify me when my order was ready to be collected up from the store. I had to email you on 25/4/17 querying my order. I received a reply and phone call the following day notifying me that my order was ready for pick up. In short i had to chase to have my order fufilled which goes against the principal of online shopping. I wont be using your service again.”

“Selected item with ease. Ordered immediately using my Visa Debit card. Hate PayPal as I cannot remember Pins n Passwords between purchases! Confirmation of Dispatch and Delivery was so prompt and beautifully packaged. I will certainly buy on line again.”
