“I have been a longtime supporter of Louis Copeland's but recently began using the Online shop . I found the website easy to navigate , great sale offers and selections and hassle free checkout . My orders arrived promptly and packed in very stylish decorative boxes with a handwritten thank you note that had all the hallmarks of a personalised service . I felt appreciated and valued as a customer . I will be back ????”

“Impeccable service. I recently bought a 3 piece suit from the Dundrum branch along with a pair of Oliver Sweeney shoes. When I went to collect the suit it wasn't ready due to a backlog in the tailoring department. The staff were so apologetic they discounted the shoes and a member of staff personally delivered the suit to my house in time for my friends wedding. I was so impressed by the quality of the shoes that I ordered another pair online last week. Delivery took 2 days and the package contained a hand written note of thanks from the store manager. Between the quality of their product and the fantastic customer service I'm finding it very difficult to even consider buying formal attire anywhere else.”
