“This is the first time that I placed an order on line with Louis Copeland and I have to say I was extremely impressed. The package arrived 3 days after placing the order. Very impressed with the packaging and also the personal touch of a compliment slip (handwritten) which I have never seen before in any online purchases I have made. Keep up the good work Louis Copeland and I will certainly be shopping with you online again. John Hutchinson”

“I ordered two sale items online. Unfortunately one item could not be located in the warehouse. This was very disappointing - the item continued to be advertised on the website. I did receive an apologetic email and a discount on a full price item in the future.”
