“Great website and product selection and second to none customer service. There was a delay on the part of the delivery company (nothing to do with Louis Copeland) and I emailed to query the arrival date of the item as it was for a birthday. I received a quick response by email and a follow up phonecall to say that the item would be delivered by one of their own staff that afternoon - very impressive customer service.”
