“I was looking for a Gant half-zip wool jumper for quite some time. I found one on sale for a great price. Ordered it straight away and it arrived very quickly and boxed lovely. The jumper is fantastic, but the service was second to none!! I will be keeping an eye on more great deals with Louis Copeland!”

“Great shop, really good range, online order and delivery very efficient! I just wish they’d put the real prices on items in store instead of always offering a supposed discount of 10-20%… it puts me off going into the shop never knowing what the true prices are (and knowing that the online pricing is closer to the real price)”

“Great service as always. Ordered on line, but jacket was too small went into the store on Wicklow Street, they also didn’t have the size but found one in another store stock room , scanned my details and had it delivered within 2 days. No fuss; no drama , just looking after the customer! Ps : also offered me a full refund in store but I was more than happy they found the jacket !”

“Niamh looked after me very well. Some of the best after sales service I've ever experienced. I'm not very experienced on buying on line. I rather go to the shop, check sizes etc. Niamh was very helpful.”
