“I received my purchases promptly but am very disappointed with refund system. I returned one of the purchases on Sunday the 24th of November and am still awaiting a refund to my visa account. I rang on Saturday to enquire about this and was told someone would ring me back. They did and said that they would be putting refund through that day they were very busy. I think it took me to make the call to get a response. Not very happy about that.”

“I ordered the toiletries bag, monogramed when it arrived it was missing the initials I had requested. I emailed and had an almost immediate response apologising and the monogramned one arrived within days. Super customer service and the bag is really lovely.”

“I recently purchased a leather wash bag as a gift, part of the service was to have it monogrammed which I decided to avail off. This meant a slight delay in shipping which Louis Copeland advised me of and kept me updated on progress, I received an email advising my bag was ready for shipping however I was going on holidays and was worried that the parcel would arrive while I was away. I need not have worried the staff held the parcel until my return ! I am delighted with my purchase and even more delighted with the EXCELLENT service provided by the Louis Copeland team, I couldn't recommend them highly enough - if I could give 10 stars I would.”
