“Recently my order from Lords went astray. When I reported that it hadn't arrived they immediately offered to send me another if it didn't turn up. We both tried to track it with no luck. Luckily my very helpful postman did it for me and the item was finally found. Good news all round. Over the years I have purchased four sewing machines and countless other items from Lords and I know that their service is next to none.”

“Keith gave a great demonstration when I visited the showroom, to look for a new sewing machine. He was clear, covered all the basics and answered all my questions. Very patient and knowledgeable. All the team at Lords are friendly, professional and helpful, whether it’s in-store or on the phone. Always go to Lords: excellent customer service.”
