“I have been extremely impressed by Lords, both with their website, service of my machine and customer service from staff at the shop. It is certainly my go to place for any Brother machines, accessories advice and general supplies. 5* service and just genuinely nice people who could not be more helpful or knowledgeable about their products.”

“I bought a new type (to me) of embrodiery thread - Floriani and it's just so lovely. The colour chart I bought is so tempting to just buy all of them and the price is fantastic. I'll definitely be back to buy more. Website is very easy to navigate.”

“This company goes above and beyond I called to make and order was not sure what would fit my machine model innovis 4000d . Kirsty assisted me and upon her advice and knowledge I was very happy with both my orders I made .This lady really knows her stuff and is very friendly and helpful .
