“Very helpful staff when I rang to see which foot I needed for my machine. Fast despatch time. The item didn’t arrive when expected, contacted store. Emails went back and forth between me and Kirsty who was most helpful giving info to take to Post Office to track down item. Post office had delivered it to wrong address. I have now retrieved item. I had excellent customer service from Kirsty, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely shop at this store again. Customer service at its best.”

“After months of having the sewing machine I wanted in mind. I was able to purchase it finally today but not without having a demonstration on the display machine with such a kind, patient and knowledgable lady. After demonstrating the basics, she helped me with my purchase right up to me leaving the store. Will definatly be back again for my supplies. Very good customer service. Thank you again.”
