“Lords Sewing is the most wonderful company - nothing is too much trouble for the team. Queries are answered with great knowledge and patience, orders are dealt with immediately if any problems occur the customer is informed. Machine services are done in record time, the courier is arranged by Lords - therefore no stress!”

“Fantastic customer service. A big Thank You to Andrew for trouble shooting on my machine over the phone, we decided that it would be better to send it into the shop for sorting out. My machine was collected by DHL on Tuesday morning, repaired, software updated and then returned to me on Friday morning. I have previously used Lords for embroidery supplies and had a fast and efficient service. The staff are also very knowledgable and give good advice when I am unsure about which product to use especially stabiliser.”
