“Lords customer service is fantastic. They always answer queries speedily and give excellent knowledeable advice. Orders are sent out quickly and arrive very well packaged. The Brother 4234D overlocker is great quality and is easy to set up and use. It is quick to change from a 4 thread overlocking stitch to a 3 thread rolled hem and the needle threader for both right and left needles is a game changer!”

“The goods were excellent and competitively priced, speedily delivery and very well packaged. Would definitely buy from this company again. I was concerned because it was only a four or five days until Easter that I wouldn’t get my goods before Easter. I needn’t of worried , my order arrived within two to three days. Brilliant.”
