“EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! If I could give 6* I would. Ordered my Brother F440e embroidery machine along with some supplies on Wednesday & arrived on the Friday! All well packaged even with a little extra fee gift of stabiliser (thankyou). After making such a big purchase and a little apprehensive, I needn’t have worried, excellent customer service from Kirsty who kept me updated with phone calls on the status of my order/delivery, nothing was too much trouble for her. Have now placed another order with Lords Sewing and will certainly recommend to all my Sewing friends! Very Pleased……”

“Excellent company, used in past for small items and found them to be very good. However having recently made two larger purchases am delighted to say it’s the same fabulous service, so for large or small purchases Lords are definitely the place to go. Keith and his team are amazing, whether email or on phone I cannot fault them.”

“My friend Sarah recommended me to Lords after bad service at another dealer. I will now never go anywhere else. Its a bit further to travel but after the excellent customer service I received from all the staff it was well worth it. Special thanks to Kirsty for all your help and patience when I changed my mind and also to Keith who helped me with a problem I had with another machine . 100% genuine friendly staff. Thank you.
