“Googled online for required product and came across Lords Sewing. Placed order with great ease. Email arrived promptly confirming order then further email with update delivery. Delivery company also sent email. Order arrived within two days. Product was the same price online with different companies so I choose this company for free delivery and quicker delivery date. First class service. Thanks”

“I think that I must have had a very silly season in the past few years because I sensor went to the Harrogate Knitting and Stitching Show that they have in November EACH year and on this particular visit I saw the (THEN NEW) Brother Satellite XE1 demonstrated on a stall AND it's free me in enough to be a fool and I ended up purchasing one there and then . I think that it was the hype of the day and they really did offer some great bargains when you purchased one from them.BUT in hindsight I wished that I was thinking straight and, what I think I should actually of done was to watch them demonstrating the machine and them I should have been a bit less eager and waited until I called in at Lord's Sewing Centre in Oswaltwistle Mill and purchased it from Keith, Kirsty and co. I'm SO glad to be able to get Keith or one of the other lads at Lord's to service it as they definitely know what I'd what with ALL the different machines that they sell ( ALL BROTHER sewing machines and embroidery machines PLUS the combined machines. I am so pleased with the service that I receive when I either pop into their shop OR I purchase from their website I DEFINITELY WON'T BE BUYING ANY NEW MACHINE, (I If I ever do but another) DEFINITELY WON'T BE BUYING IT FROM ANYWHERE OTHER than Lord's Sewing Centre. I'm Just SO sorry that I was blown away by the hype of the atmosphere at the show that I caved mind isn't purchase my machine from Lord's BECAUSE I know that promises that Keith and his crew offer will be carried out NOT like the shop that sold me a.whole load of empty promises that NEVER came into fruition and I now think that I was wrong . LORD'S SEWING CENTRE HAD THE BEST SHOP AND I JUST WISHED THAT IT WAS A LITTLE NEARER TO BLACKPOOL THAN IT IS”

“I ordered a new bobbin case and straight stitch plate for my Brother NV1800Q. It was really clear which model I'd need to fit my machine and the website was easy to use. I found the parts I needed quickly with the on site search. Lords Sewing wasn't the first website I looked at, but I found others were confusing and difficult to navigate. The order arrived next day, safely packaged. As expected, the bobbin case and plate fit perfectly. I'd definitely recommend from this experience.”
