“Knew what I wanted and found the overlocker on the Lords website and was delighted to find it at a brilliant price. I phoned to check availability and spoke to a staff member who went that extra mile to be helpful with delivery and reassured me that if I needed any technical help with my new purchase ladies were on hand to advise me. “I first found Lords Sewing on YouTube a few years ago when I was looking for advice on how to sort my sewing machine tension issues. The videos are excellent by the way. I was looking for embroidery thread last year and bought some Floriana and King Star threads and they are both beautiful quality. I went back again this year for some more as I had some credit left on my Lords gift card (a Christmas gift from my hubby). I raised the order at lunchtime and the thread arrived in Scotland the next morning. Can't say fairer than that can you? Don't hesitate to purchase from Lords as their customer service is excellent. Thank you.”

“Ordering was straightforward and I was surprised and delighted at the speedy delivery. The goods arrived well packaged too so I will be definitely ordering from them again.
