“I tried to order an electronic gift card on your website, but was confused when then asked for a delivery address followed by a confirmation asking that it was my address. I had to telephone your shop to clarify the instructions before placing my order.”

“I've just discovered Lord's Sewing, having difficulty reaching my local supplier due to their opening times and my work commitments. I managed to find most of the colours I needed in Madeira sewing machine embroidery thread and they arrived very promptly, particularly given current issues with postal service. I am extremely happy and will use regularly.”

“If I have a problem with my machine I always ring lords to ask their advice and they are always helpful. Supplies ordered always arrive within 2 days. Sometimes next day. Nothing is too much trouble. They are a wonderful team”
