“Keith and his team deliver excellent customer service, second to none. What Keith doesn't know about Brother machines probably isn't worth knowing. Wouldn't trust anyone else to repair/service my machines. Have been a customer for a long time and they never fail to deliver. Mail order by phone or online is really good, but when I get the chance to visit, I do and I live in the South West. Lords prices are good and shipping is really quick and easy. Highly recommended.”
