“I'd heard of Lords but hadn't had the need to buy any parts for my embroidery machine up until now. However, I found that I needed a new bobbin case. The information on their website was really detailed and reassuring that I was looking at the right part for my machine. Ordering was straightforward. Dispatched the next working day. Received via post the following day. What more can you ask for? Excellent service!”

“Fantastic customer service and quick delivery. I had a large order which was sent the same day I put the order in. Then amazingly, it arrived the very following day! It was lovely speaking to the lady who called to double check my details (since it was a large order), and said that although they didnt stock all of the maderia colours. That they would be happy to get some in for me, upon request. I am not local to the store but I am really pleased to be supporting them as they have been great. Their website is easy to use and search for specific colours with lots of options for colours and styles of thread.”
