“I ordered a embroidery machine which should have qualified for free delivery (which I hadn't noticed) I was then called by lords sewing to inform me I had been charged and apologised. They then went on to offer me some items to make up for the delivery that I'd need with my machine. Being a complete novice I hadn't realised. And they threw in some free gifts too! Such a wonderful company! I immediately went to my partner after the phone call to discuss the great customer service! I'll definitely be using lords sewing for any of the other sewing-ie bits I need. Thanks so much.”

“I use Lords Sewing for all my embroidery and sewing needs. Excellent service given at all times. I really appreciate the time given to me by the ladies Kirsty, Pauline and Yvonne - Keith and Andrew are a font of knowledge and most helpful when I telephone. All the staff take time to give you all the information you need and will take the time to explain in detail. I don't know what I would do without this great company.”

“I have been a customer of Lords for at least 25 years, what a wonderful company staff absolutely wonderful nothing is to much trouble for them. I will be visiting them in person soon to catch up.
