“I ordered some embroidery frames and being new to my machine I was concerned I'd bought the wrong item. I phoned in the morning and spoke to a lovely lady who helped me cancel my order and reorder the correct items. I couldnt of asked for better service from start to finish and will definitely use again and will recommend them to others. Thank you”

“Lords Sewing is a great place to buy all of your embroidery needs. Helpful staff patiently explain how to use your embroidery machine. Should you need it the after sales service is great. I recently needed an embroidery technique explaining, no problem, I made an appointment and my queerie was solved! Excellent shop and great service.”

“Some years ago I was lucky to purchase a brother V3 embroidery machine the service was fantastic I was able to ask lots of questions. The service was great that’s why I have had no worries about shopping here again this time I have purchased the software for my brother V3 ordered online got it a couple of days later very well wrapped. I am happy to recommend Lords and I will shop there again”

“I ordered a mat for my ScannCut as it was the only place I could find this mat as it’s to use with material. I’ve never ordered from Lords before but it was a good service and came quickly. Also very reasonably priced. Will be ordering my Brother supplies from Lords in future.”

“Excellent service, ordered brother 9x9 ins embroidery hoop, 10 thread stand that attached to my machine plus bobbin thread . Had searched online and found Lords sewing to be the cheapest , because my purchase was over £35 I received free P+P and the items were delivered the next day. BRILLIANT .”
