“I always find Lords Sewing to be efficient and quick. They give honest advice and go out of their way to provide a very good customer service. I purchased a needle threader, I was advised on the correct one and I am delighted especially as I was able to save a fortune by fitting it myself”

“Appreciated the personal call regarding the out of stock item to see if I wanted it to be sent separately when it came back in stock or whether I wanted the item refunded at this time. Nice personal touch. Recently I got in touch regarding a flywheel/hand wheel for my combo machine and was plesantly surprised were stocked. Customer service on both occasions was very helpful and much appreciated. The type of service that makes you return to a supplier in the future. Thank you again.”

“Lords have been mentioned so many times in the sewing groups I am in. I live in Scotland where it is not easy sometimes to get what I need. I thought I would check and see if they had the USB I needed and they did. Ordered it online acknowledged quickly and my order arrived the next day which was brilliant. I will certainly use them in the future.”

“I own a Brother sewing machine, embroidery machine and a Scan and Cut. Despite Lords not being my closest supplier they are my go to place for spares and accessories for my machines. Knowing that they specialise in Brother parts gives me reassurance of the correct item and not cheap copies. There dispatch times are impeccable. Well done Lords, I use you whenever necessary”

“Just received my order from Lords Sewing. I'm extremely pleased. Excellent service. Quick safe dispatch from beginning to delivery. Good communication .The Brother sewing feet are fab and other items too . Fabulous quality goods .so pleased I was able to get the presser feet from Lords . Great accurate information on the website and tips of use etc . I will certainly use Lirds again with no hesitation and I highly recommend them to everyone. “Wow! I ordered brother scan and cut mats.. Firstly they were by far the cheapest around that didn't feel like they were possibly a scam. Ordered easily & by the next morning had an email that my items were shipped and recieved them later that day. Mats arrived so well protected I truly appreciate that. What an amazing business!”
