“Sadly, most of my transactions these days are done at a distance, although I shall be going down to see Keith and his staff sometime in the near future. Having said that, all my transactions are dealt with quickly and I usually receive the goods the day after ordering. I have been dealing with the company for many, many years and have had various machines from them, also had servicing carried out and have ordered supplies whenever needed. They are the best company that I have dealt with and will always try to help if I have to telephone with any queries. Many thanks to all!”

“Every time I have ordered goods with Lords sewing I have had good service if no stock available ive been given option to be notified when back in stock. Delivery is quick would recommend them always.”

“The website was very easy to use. I thought I had ordered my machine but there was a last button to press pay on the sage pay website that I'd missed. A few hours later I got an email saying the order was still waiting for me which was nice because I would have been waiting for a machine that would have never arrived. The machine was delivered next day for free. I was being kept up to date on parcel tracking frequently which is great, especially with an not so cheap order. The machine was also cheaper here than any other retailer. Overall super happy with the service from Lords and would definitely order here again.”
