“Always excellent service. I have dealt with Lords for many years and wouldn't consider buying an embroidery machine from anywhere else. The service is always friendly and personal whether directly or over the phone and I know I can contact them for help with any little problems. Despatch is very prompt for mail orders. An all round excellent customer service.”
