“I have been a happy customer of Lords Sewing over many years now and have always been more than satisfied with my purchases which range from sewing/embroidery machines to bobbin thread, and everything in between. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, they go out of their way to ensure that what is bought is appropriate for the customer's needs. My recent purchase was a new sewing machine with a wide table. Despite the very busy week for staff at Lords who were very busy preparing for a weekend event, they ensured that my machine was delivered promptly before the weekend. Much appreciated! Lords is a reliable company...my experience has been that it always give excellent service.”
