“They were curtious and understanded my needs perfectly. I needed a gas oven, but they wanted to know what type of gas connection I had (LPG/bottled gas or mains Natural Gas). Apparently, there are two different types and the manufacturer needs to know which one, in order to provide the right gas oven. Apparently, a mains gas oven doesn't work on bottled gas, as the gas is different (methane versus butane). It's now being delivered in about two weeks (made to order, very posh!) and all I need to do is to get a gas engineer to install it for me (apparently, you need to be a Gas Safe Register gas engineer to have it installed). They stayed with me, every step of the way, and answered any questions I had very quickly (within a day of emailing them): customer service is always at the top of their priority!”

“Refunded my money after cancelling and even phoned me up to chat about an error in the transaction, which appears to be the bank's probnlem and not the store's problem. Fantistic, Terry was! He was the store managerand he called me up at 5:30P.M. to discuss and look at my account, and he confirmed that only one payment was initially recieved, rather than the two identical payments that my back has appeared todebit from my account.”

“We were delighted with our new kitchen fitted by LEA . They provided excellent service from home visit, designing, applliances price quoting and matching prices, delivery and istallation very professional . The installation teams Craig and Wayne are great, with minimum disturbance, clean and efficiency. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered an American fridge freezer to replace our old one to say it was a nightmare to get the old one out and the new one in and( our house is quite quirky) but nothing was to much trouble for the lovely very patient delivery men. Also they were so nice and kind about our very old dog. In fact from placing our order everyone at Long Eaton Appliance have been fantastic x”

“They said that it will be a 1 man delivery and he will only drop the item at the kerbside (when confirming my order over the phone), so I arranged a family member to take off a day of work to be at home with me to help me carry the fridge upstairs (I live in a 2nd floor flat). It was actually a 2 man delivery on the day. The 2 delivery guys said carrying the fridge upstairs was included in the price so I asked my family member to take off a day of annual leave needlessly. Would appreciate better communication next time. The fridge is great though.”

Thank you for your review, firstly we’re glad to hear that the quality of our product matched your expectations. But secondly I am sorry to hear you have had a frustrating experience in regards to our two man delivery service. I have looked in to this and I can see that it was CDS (our delivery courier) who delivered this to you, our delivery service charge only covers a 1 man service. I can only apologise on behalf of CDS, that their delivery drivers told you this was part of the delivery service, which is not actually the case. We cannot control how many delivery person(s) attend our deliveries and it is only on occasion that they will send two people. I appreciate the frustration of having to ask your family member to take time off to help you, and for that we apologise.
