“We visited LE Appliances in June when we were at the building stage of our extension. We were served by the wonderful Michael Killackey who took so much time to show us the full range of appliances we needed (Gas hob, built in double electric oven, American style F/F, integrated dishwasher and extractor). The price in total was below what we anticipated so we paid a deposit and were assured the items would be stored with no charge up to six months. This was a bonus as we hit some snags with building regulations which set us back a couple of months. When we were ready for delivery we spoke to one of Michael’s colleagues on the phone, paid the balance and had the items delivered within a few days. The delivery crew were amazing as they had to negotiate what was basically still a building site outside, and they took tremendous care not to damage the newly installed bifold doors especially tricky to get the FF in with inches to spare. After committing to the purchase we checked the items we purchased online and not one retailer could match anywhere near the prices we had paid. We chose Long Eaton Appliances as we had previously purchased appliances from them in the past for our previous kitchen and were impressed with the service. The showroom is amazing and it is clear all the staff enjoy working in such a great environment. There was no pressure and no issues with the transaction from visiting the showroom to delivery. Absolutely seamless process. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Our building process was quite stressful with all the setbacks we had to face, but the service we received from Long Eaton didn’t contribute to any of this. Thank you!”

“Bought our Neff just over 2 years now, so far has been a decent enough hob! Never needed the boost so can’t say much about that but is probably as good as the rest. Delivered and delivery was prompt and as good as it gets!!!”

“Just had an integrated fridge fitted by Wayne. I was dreading this as I thought it would be a very tricky job. Wayne proved me wrong. He fitted it so well, you wouldn’t know there had been anything done. So pleased with his work and the service I have received from the moment I walked into the shop. So 5 stars all round. “I recently purchased a replacement larder fridge which unfortunately had been damaged during delivery. The delivery driver was excellent and following a phone call to the sales team, I received the most fantastic customer service. A new fridge arrived within three days. This is an excellent company that meets the highest standards of customer care.”

“Long Eaton Appliances is a company I would gladly recommend to family, friends and colleagues. They are helpful, knowledgeable, polite and extremely efficient. Telephone contact is a pleasure with staff being friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Delivery information is excellent with the delivery driver calling ahead to keep you updated on progress. Speaking with Michael Killackery is both fun and extremely helpful. Even when things don't quite work out, staff are extremely helpful, especially Sally the Smeg representative. “My fridge/freezer broke on a hot July day but LEA were on hand to find me a perfect replacement at a really competitive price. The best price I could find online or in store was with LEA and they made the whole process totally painless. Reg and Sean delivered the new fridge/freezer and removed the old. They were super professional, friendly and careful. They took away my old appliance and made sure my new one was perfect. The communication was great, with Reg and Sean ringing me to let me know when they were 20 minutes away, I had a delivery time window, but I thought this was a nice touch. Absolutely faultless service and price. Speedy delivery. Would not shop anywhere else.”
