“From my first contact with Michael in the show room who was brilliant at finding me the washing machine which suited my needs, to the advanced call confirming delivery date and time, and finally to Reg and Sean who made the delivery and were extremely helpful and polite, I can’t praise Long Eaton Appliances enough! Thanks to all who I met and anyone behind the scenes.”

“Long Eaton appliance was great from start too finish, very professional with good customer care. Reg and Shaun rang 15 minutes before delivery, great attitude, placed appliance in kitchen and took old appliance away. Would highly recommend long Eaton appliances and will definitely use in the future.”

“Michale Was extremely helpful as we ordered a Neff Semi Integrated Dishwasher.We thought that there might be a problem with the front cover over the door.As ours was a replacement for an older Machine. It was delivered Wednesday the old machine was taken away we were given a good price. Excellent service the whole way through by Long Eaton Appliance Company. Many thanks Chris & Jeanette Thompson”

“Bought all my appliances for a kitchen re-fit including a range cooker. We only have small doors and a narrow busy street so I was expecting some difficulty or drama but these guys were amazing. Highly recommended.”

“Wonderful customer service. From ringing to order a replacement washer to having it delivered fitted and the old one taken away the service was wonderful.
