“It was a real pleasure to deal with this company. I could actually talk to a live person who's first language was English and who spoke clearly. But the person had the knowledge of the products I wanted to buy (expensive ovens) and the authority to talk about prices. I finished up with the right products at the right price and delivery came (from memory) on the correct day or even a day early. It was certainly not late. I would buy from Long Eaton Appliance Company again without hesitation.”

“After searching in vain for a local company, we decided to check out Long Eaton Appliances even though they are some distance from where we live. We couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. The sales staff were knowledgeable, the showroom had most of the items we wanted to look at and the aftersales service was professional. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality and competitively priced kitchen appliances.”

“Great company, and the representatives and always helpful and informative keeping me updated with my order as it was on a 4 week lead time. The delivery was also on time and the delivery driver was really keen to make sure it was as close as possible to were it was to be installed. Very helpful, cannot recommend Long Eaton Appliaces enough. Will deal with again.”
