Warm, friendly & helpful business, that got a 5 Star review from me last time. However, they TWICE offered me the wrong-sized compact dishwasher, even after giving them the model that I needed replacing. I shall try them again, but they failed on this job. They were quick to hold their hands up and issue a full refund.

Hi Your people have been very helpful and are looking into a problem for us , however we are very disappointed that our beautiful De Longhi cooker has arrived broken and we can't use it for baking

The back of the fridge has arrived with a crease in the metal work. The driver had to crawl over other customers deliveries to get to mine which I thought showed a lack of planning and probably explains why mine is damaged. Hoping the fridge still works when we switch it on else will have to return.

Hi Mr Horan, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience but I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have looked in to this and I have asked our customer service manager to contact you to make this right, but we have not heard back as of yet. I have spoken to our delivery company we work with for our southern deliveries and I will apologise on their behalf, they explained that due to bad weather the appliance was pushed back further in the van hence why there was an issue. Should you have any more issues or if the appliance has any faults, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer service department we will endeavour to get it sorted immediately. We apologise once again for your experience and thank you for your feedback.

In the early weeks, we had an issue with oven functions. This was eventually resolved, when after hours of experimenting, 3 of the control knobs were found to have been positioned incorrectly! More seriously, our emails and phone calls remained unanswered and we were left to fend for ourselves. We are however, delighted with the unit, now that it works.

Ordered a washing machine after 8 weeks contacted them, told it was coming in. 4 weeks later, no contact, so phoned them, told sales would ring me back! Still no phone call!!

Initial customer service was great - product so far is great - end result though with the delivery was a massive headache (and costly on our end to arrange for someone to be here for delivery). It took multiple attempts for the delivery and never showed at time allotted for delivery. Sadly Long Eaton pushed responsibility to the delivery service and didn't assist in any way - just washed their hands of a dissatisfied customer. I wouldn't recommend.

I am sorry to hear you feel like we have washed our hands of you , but i have discussed this with you. There was a very bad snow day which put the drivers behind on there times for the day but they did ring to say they would be after there time slot but your builder had gone home . They did offer to change the whole route round for you and make you the first visit of the day but this date was not suitable . Again we are sorry for any in convince that this has cause your builder by waiting for the delivery company.

What I DO NOT want is an automated request for a review of something I HAVE NOT bought. What I DO WANT is an answer to the question I asked, i.e. what is the news of my order for a Siemens oven placed 10 weeks ago ?

Morning, sorry these are sent out periodically as they reach a certain number by the computer. There has be a lot of delays by manufacturers caused by covid and the team have tried to keep customers updated as we have been told of delay by the manufacturer , i can see you now have your appliance sorry again for the delay.

Ordered range cooker with 8 week lead time, when it didn't turn up had to phone and chase after a few days was told it was going to be another 10/12 weeks. Sourced elsewhere with next day delivery.

We are very sorry for this , Unfortunately due to covid we have had many delays with orders from manufacturers and range cookers have been particularly badly hit . However our records do show you were informed of this and advised of the further delay.

I waited a month...patiently. It was only when I called that the company seemed to become aware that I didnt have the product. They were extremely friendly and efficient in dealing with it then....but I had to persuade them to reduce the delivery...which they declined to do. When they called back they reduced the delivery by 15 pounds. They declare honest...of which they are...and family orientated standings as to how they operate. I thank them for their time. Why dont we all just admit that thats how the world works instead of doing a PR interpretation of the events. Things go wrong....its how you put them right that matters.

I originally ordered a 50/50 fridge freezer which then I was informed was out of stock. I was recommended a different freezer as an option being told it was an excellent alternative. I totally disagree it is cheap and nasty if I'm honest. But the main problem arose when I came to fit it finding it was actually 60/40 not 50/50 which meant I had to buy new doors for the cupboards but unfortunately I had no choice but to use the fridge as I had sold my other one. Not a great experience.

Hi Mr / Mrs Hastings. Thank you for leaving a review . I can see from your order that you required a 50/50 fridge / freezer , which is what was supplied to you. Your model comes with a leveling leg kit that can higher the appliance so a normal 50/50 split door will fit . Should you need any help please give us a call.

Very helpful when purchasing, however, when the hob arrived it was not the one shown in the picture on the web site. I was told that the picture was only for illustration! the part number was for an older model. Sorry but i do not have all part numbers in my head. if I see a picture of what I want i order it without researching if it has the correct part number. The hob was returned, however, my payment of £1,810.00 has not, after several calls to Long Eaton and promises of calls back. The hob was returned at the end of Feb 2018, its now mid April and I am still fighting to get my money back. I would not recommend this company!!

Hi Phil At Long Eaton Appliances we pride ourselves on great customer service and we apologise that your experience with us didn't meet our high expectations. As you have correctly stated, the information on our website was incorrect which lead to you receiving the wrong item. We have now put things in place so that this does not happen again. You were refunded the full £1,810 on the 3rd of April after we received the item back from the carrier. Please check your bank account to make sure your money has been received.

Hi , we are confused by this review as you placed the order on 27/4/17 and we delivered it to you within 5 working days which was well within the 1 - 2 week etsimated delivery time that you were originally given .

Having order an oven from Long Eaton for the upgrade deal alone I was somewhat dismayed to receive the standard one...so no upgrade!

Hi , we have checked your order and can confirm that you have received exactly what you ordered in the time frame that was originally quoted .From time to time Rangemaster to offer a free upgrade on some of their products but this was not on whilst your order was placed .
