“Long Eaton have been very supportive in the purchase of our induction hob. Originally we specified a gas version (Elica flame) but were unable to totally change the gas supply. Consequently, Long Eaton agreed to change the hob to the induction version. We had not installed the gas model but it was some 6months later that we discovered our gas supply issue. They swooped hobs saving us the cost of a brand new one.”

“After speaking to James from the sales team, I purchased a Hoover heat pump tumble dryer. I was kept up to date with delivery options and times. Reg & Shaun delivered, unpacked and placed the dryer exactly where I needed it to be and took me through the process of how it worked. They were very friendly, efficient and professional. I will definitely use this small business for all my future appliance purchases.”

“I would like just to say that the gentleman who fitted my Hotpoint cooker last Wednesday at Barton Mews comes highly recommended. He arrived very late having had a difficult day, apologised profusely and got on with the job even though it was really the end of shift and was so pleasant. Thankyou”
