Didn't deliver my range cooker when agreed or let me know it wasn't coming. When I chased them they said the paperwork hadn't arrived at the delivery company. They then suggested I call the delivery company if I wanted a more accurate delivery time. Useless.

Having spoken to our warehouse team it seems somewhere along the lines there was a mishap with paperwork, this happens very rarely and we are extremely sorry you didn’t receive your item on the exact date you were expecting. We did manage to get this delivered to you two days later on the Monday morning slot. I do believe some complimentary pans were sent out to you as an extra apology for the inconvenience. They damaged our new wood front doorframe when delivering, they refused to accept responsibility for this, it took weeks of messaging around with phone calls, emails and photos, before they came round and offered to try to repair it. This would have made it even worse. All-in-all a terrible service experience.

Possibly the most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced only superseded by possibly the most uneducated, rude and unhelpful customer service advisor in the entire United Kingdom. Company was quick to take my order and instant payment but on some sort of twisted logic decided not to ship within the UK. After a quick geograpy lesson that fell on deaf ears my order was terminated. "It's hard to soar like an Eagle when you're dealing with Turkeys"

Got a call day after ordering “The product you ordered is not in stock but we’re expect stock next week….” 3 calls later and 3 weeks after placing the order I cancelled. Its now week 4 and I’m still waiting for my credit card to show a credit.

Ordered and paid for a cooker after 2 weeks and no communication I called to be told no stock and didn’t know when I would have so I ordered elsewhere and was delivered next day very unprofessional

Apologies for this Mrs King the system sends out every 3-6 months but doesn't know about the delays caused by the pandemic . You should have had a call advising you with a date for this coming in.

Not impressed with Long Eaton Appliance Company. The item that arrived was not what we ordered. We have been in touch with them 4 times to sort the problem. Each time they say they are looking into it and will call back. They never do. I do not recommend this company at all. Once they have your money they are not interested in sorting any problems or engaging with you to find a solution. Will not use again and advise you not to.

This fridge freezer is still in ‼️my garage‼️ the 2 men who delivered it said that it could not go through our front door when I said they could bring it in through the back lane and through the patio doors they brought they duly drove down the lane but then said that they ‼️don’t do steps‼️so it’s still sitting in ‼️my garage‼️ I now have to organise more delivery men to lift up this fridge freezer to get it into my house 😱 if you would like to contact me to compensate or send delivery man to get this item into my house I would be very grateful my telephone number is (07729) 001548

Were sorry to hear this ,i wasn't told by the drivers about this at the time . I have spoken to them and due to government guidelines in certain postcode at the time of your delivery the 2 man delivery team they were not aloud in your home due to covid pandemic. If you need us to come back and collect this item please give us a call and we will do a full refund you .

Paid a deposit, waited over 6 weeks for our appliance and numerous phone calls later I was told it would take another 6 weeks for it to arrive Order cancelled won’t be using this company again

Ordered a integrated fridge freezer to be told it wasn’t in stock but would order it in for us. After 4 weeks we phoned to check to be told they could no longer promise a date for delivery. We went into the shop to order another model to find the showroom model of our fridge had been sold to someone else without offering it us first Consequently we cancelled. Bad service would never use this company again.

Hi , sorry for your bad experience this time , as I have explained to you , during this Covid period we are experiencing many out of stock items at this current time . The display model was sold and offered to a customer who had placed their order 4 weeks previous to yourself , as this is what we do under these very trying circumstances . I have noted also from Jo on our sales desk that you were offered some alternative models which did not suit . We always aim to give customers a very high quality ordering experience ,but clearly this has not been so on this occasion . Regards Dave

Absolutely useless. First they "sold" us a freezer promising 3 day delivery. Next day they rang and said it was out of stock and it's a 2 month wait. That in itself was annoying enough but we really wanted that particular freezer. 4 weeks later they rang again to say that freezer has been discontinued but if we spend another £50 we can have a "similar model" . Needless to say, we will NEVER use these bunch of clowns ever again and I strongly suggest any readers to use Argos (as we did) and avoid the hassel.

Dear Mr/Mrs Sweeting , whilst I fully appreciate your frustration at having to wait as long as you did for the freezer that you ordered , our records clearly show that you were informed of the delay due to the covid 19 pandemic and there being no freezers in europe at the time of your order due to factory shut downs and people panic buying freezer stocks , however I do take exception to your use of the word Clowns !! We run a fantastic family business that we are all really proud of and our customers use us again and again . I personally advise you to continue using Argos in the future and please do not contact us again .

This company offered the cheapest price when I shopped around , really helpful and a quick and easy transaction Friendly and helpful delivery guys , prompt and great communication Would definitely use again

I ordered and paid for a new dishwasher. Delivery was promised in two weeks. The incorrect model was delivered and returned after three weeks. Another incorrect model was delivered after six weeks. Eventually, after ten weeks, the correct model arrived.

Thank you for your review, Many apologies for the problem you had with this order. I understand there was a miscommunication as to whether you required a freestanding or a built in dishwasher which i have been told has been resolved.

Please do not use this company just had second dishwasher delivered damaged, this company do not care!!

Hi Lynn I'm really sorry you felt the need to give us a bad review after trying to work with you to rectify the situation. You ordered 4 appliances, one of which was a Beko integrated dishwasher and upon delivery you stated this appliance contained a damage to the front. We immediately ordered you a replacement, however took a few days to come in which you were informed about. Upon delivery of your replacement Beko dishwasher, you again refused delivery for the same reason stating that there was damage to the front of the appliance. The second appliance has been brought back to our warehouse and inspected and found to be without damage. We have credited you in full for this appliance. We accept the original dishwasher was faulty, and have arranged a replacement to which you have refused. We endeavour to keep all of our customers happy when, on the odd occasion problems arise. I urge you to work with our helpful customer service team so that we can get this issue resolved.

The aeg combi microwave didn't work properly as a combination microwave & oven but they would not change it or accept any responsibility for it

We have looked into this matter and can see that there was no fault with the product you purchased as stated by the manufacturer on their service report .We are sorry for your negative review but feel we have done lots to advise you on how this product should be used .

My kitchen floor was damaged upon delivery of my fridge/ freezer. 6 weeks later, I am still waiting for a call from the manager to advise what they are going to do about it.
