“The service was first class, the prices excellent. A late change to one appliance casued no problems at all. Everything - all nine appliances were delivered on time, as requested. No damage, no issues what so ever. A thoroughly wonderful experience, would recommend them in an instance.”

“The team at Long Eaton Appliances are absolutely fantastic. They couldn't do any more to make the planning, ordering, and delivery any easier. We had one or two problems which they sorted immediately without causing us any delay. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Fantastic service!”

“The delivery service is what sealed it for me. I had had a previous appliance sractched by another compnay because they did not explore my concerns over access issues to my property and pass then onto delivery personne I had none of these problems with Long Eaton Appliance Centre. I had taken some photos showing the access issues a wall in the way, a step and narrow doors. I reaad all the reiviews including one where they got an apliance up to a fourth floor flat in Edinburgh.When the delivery personnel arrived witht he Liebherr Fridge it was clear the access issues had been communicated to them as the fridge had come in its packaging as I requested. They got out of the van first without the fridge to disscuss how to get it in safely. I found this very reasuring, considerate and professional. The fridge was carried in and set up for me. Once again from shop floor to delivery(particuarly delivery ) a reasuring, considerate and professional service. I will not go anywhere else for appliances in the future. I am gauranteed a Long Eaton Appliance Compnay customer for life.”

“Bought the entirety of my kitchen appliances through Long Eaton Appliances and had a flawless experience from start to finish. Great value for money (occasionally price matching matching if needed) and outstanding pre and post sale service. Nothing too much problem. Thoroughly recommended.”

“From my first enquiry and purchase to the last (spread over a few months as I was having a new kitchen). I purchased 7 appliances in all. I dealt mostly with Gareth Spencer but also Michael. They were very informative, knowledgeable and friendly and also kindly held on to my purchases until I was ready to receive them. I cannot recommend Long Eaton Appliance Company enough. Thank you.”

“They were very flexible. Having made an order and arranged for delivery for a particular date. I had to change the date twice due to building work overrunning. They Did this without any fuss. Would buy from them again!”

“Having decided on a completely new kitchen & appliances we searched online for the best deals on Bosch items. Six were ordered ... They arrived bang on time ... Were stored by the company for a couple of weeks until we were ready to start ... Arrived on time (actually 15 minutes early to Lincoln). The guys who brought the items in were extremely smart, polite and very helpful ... The best bit though was the price ... Every single contact was faultless and every member of staff was outstanding ... My brother in law, afterwards, mentioned that he wanted a new hob & two ovens ... I suggested Long Eaton Appliances Centre naturally ... Guess what? ... He is delighted too!”

“I ordered and paid for a new dishwasher. Delivery was promised in two weeks. The incorrect model was delivered and returned after three weeks. Another incorrect model was delivered after six weeks. Eventually, after ten weeks, the correct model arrived.”

Thank you for your review, Many apologies for the problem you had with this order. I understand there was a miscommunication as to whether you required a freestanding or a built in dishwasher which i have been told has been resolved.

“The service from start to finish was excellent. When I ordered all the items in the showroom for my new kitchen, the guy I dealt with was absolutely lovely. I was informed when the goods were in stock and a provisional delivery date confirmed. There was no problem when I had to alter it by a week and the delivery was made on time. The delivery guys were very pleasant and cheerful and when I rang with a query on the location of a serial number later, this was not a problem. This was the first time I had ordered so many kitchen appliances at the same time and it was quite daunting to have to consider so many variations. Long Eaton Appliances were helpful in every way and made the journey an easy one. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase similar items.”
