“The customer service team were excellent ordering, liaising with Smeg in Italy to send over the appliance we needed and then arranging delivery as we live down South and needed a special delivery. Once arrived all appliances hob, oven and hob extractor fan brilliant Service would recommend”

“We have ordered the LG fridge on line and it was the cheapest price we could find it online. We have paid the money but unfortunately Eaton realised it was a mistake. However they honored the order though we have wait for a few weeks. Brilliant service and we would highly recommend them.”

“From helpful information during telephone conversation to visiting the showroom the service was outstanding. Helpful when selecting your appliances to finding alternatives when your budget didn’t stretch to what you wanted. Cannot praise highly enough and prices where very competitive.”

“Very efficient service and congenial operators all round. The associated charges of fitting and disposal of old appliances is now becoming a major consideration. On line operators do not often include this although the initial cost of the appliance may appear less. They give good value for money. I am now looking for an appliance that works to minus 10 degrees C. There is only one make on the market that gives this with a guarantee. With Global warming the likelihood of severe winter is less but no manufacturer will give a guarantee to put a freezer in the garage! Look around for this Long Eaton!”
