They damaged our new wood front doorframe when delivering, they refused to accept responsibility for this, it took weeks of messaging around with phone calls, emails and photos, before they came round and offered to try to repair it. This would have made it even worse. All-in-all a terrible service experience.

Our larder fridge suddenly expired and I needed one asap! Long Eaton appliances came up trumps! I walked in, was greeted immediately, said what I wanted, the helpful little man told me what they'd got in stock - and when I said could I have it that day, checked and said yes! I paid, they delivered at 4 o'clock - sorted! Excellent service! (What the fridge will be like in use, I don't know!)

I rang long eaton appliance to ask some questions about induction cookers. The person who answered the phone was very helpful indeed,and made my decision easy . I ordered on line at a very competitive price and everything went through very easy,and they kept me informed a every step. When it was delivered to their warehouse I was told and to arrange a delivery date . As I wasn't ready for it they kindly kept it for me ,all I had to do was give them notice as to what date I wanted it. Delivery men were lovely and cheerful and it was delivered on time. I would certainly use them again and also recommend them too.

Absolutely amazing service. Bought two difficult to source smeg dishwashers last week. Lovely guy rang me the next morning after I had trouble placing the order the night before.They have just been delivered. Constant contact from long Eaton regarding delivery. The delivery guys even happily carried them up a flight of steps into the first floor apartment where we live. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

Excellent customer service. Michael was very knowledgable and gave great advise on all appliances. Delivery guys were challenged getting my huge American Fridge Freezer in but managed with a smile on their face. Can’t fault this company. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic service, they were the cheapest in the UK for our Smeg range, delivered for free, we’re amazingly helpful and the delivery guys couldn’t have been better. Firstly we saved well over £700 on the John Lewis price, free delivery, extended warranty given for 5 years and then to top it off, told us of an offer to get free Smeg cookware worth another £300. Carlsberg don’t sell appliances, but if they did…..

I purchased a number of kitchen appliances for my son totalling some £8500. I placed the order around September last year, leaving a 20% deposit. Everything was then stored for us until February/March this year when we called off the various items as required. I probably spoke to all the sales staff at some point and all were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would particularly mention Michael, perhaps because, coincidentally, I seemed to speak to him more than others. When we requested delivery of the various appliances the delivery team from warehouse to lorries was first class. Finally, following a minor issue with a Liebherr food chiller, customer service was brilliant, unfortunately I cannot remember the lady’s name. I will not hesitate to recommend Long Eaton at every available opportunity. Roger Ennis.

The entire process was excellent - from our first visit to the showroom, Ian's visit to discuss design details, choosing our kitchen and appliances,to the actual fitting process. Everyone involved was friendly and courteous, and the fitting team were all "craftsmen" at the job. The planning details were meticulous - no time was lost during the entire job. We love our new kitchen !

Excellent supplier - had a number of kitchen items from them - Freezer, Hob, washing machine - all good prices and best of all will arrange fitting and removal of old equipment - give a fixed price for the installation etc and a date. Offer a good range of equipment - don't try and sell you insurance

We work with Long Eaton appliances for our customer's New Kitchen appliance requirements. They offer us, Great Service, these guys can not be faulted. From ordering, through to delivery, all the team are, knowledgeable, courteous and the big one, On Time.

Delighted with my 3 products when they arrived. Supply Chain issues were recognised and products had all arrived at LEA from different sources at different times by the dates I was given. The first delivery date given to me was 16.30 to 19.30 on Friday 27 May (the day every school finished for the Jubilee Half Term) which because we were leaving Friday lunchtime to holiday with family flying out of Heathrow early Saturday we cancelled. Short notice meant we couldn’t get anyone to cover it. The builder was also not able to accept the delivery. A rearranged date was agreed for Monday 6th June. That happened but the Stoves Fridge Freezer was missing said my builder. I emailed your sales team 3 times to ask what was going to happen next but never received a reply. I telephoned your office on Monday 13th June upon return to UK and agreed a revised delivery date of Wednesday 15th June . At 15.30 on the day with no Fridge Freezer I called the office to be told the Courier hadn’t received the scans from you for a number of deliveries including mine so it was LEA so Andy taking personal control rearranged for Friday 17 June. This was successful. I received a good price and good technical help but delivery let you and me down as the kitchen refurb was delayed by 20 days. Two questions- why don’t you liaise more with customers over delivery dates especially if they are 70+ miles away. and Why did no one from Sales decide this was important or serious for a reply. I was abroad and only had Broadband access when in the apartment but I managed to email Sales@LEA.

Hi Mrs Mold, Was lovely speaking to you today regarding what happened with your delivery and answering your questions. As discussed if the first delivery hadn't been cancelled on the day of delivery, due to the builder not being able to take delivery for you all items would have been delivered and not taken back to the courier's warehouse. Due to the items being on a few invoices, all I can do is apologise for our courier and them missing the 2nd invoice which lead to the delay in delivery of the fridge. Sales did get your 2 emails and they were forwarded straight to delivery who called the courier to rearrange delivery straight away for you and so the fridge freezer was delivered out to you 2 days later.
