“Long Eaton Appliance Co we’re really helpful and kept me up to date with information of when my ovens would be delivered. Delivery drivers were friendly and accommodating and I’d definitely use them again. Excellent service thank you”

“Very helpful whilst dealing with my need to purchase a replacement dishwasher, the agent was very friendly without being over the top. I felt like a valued returning customer. Delivery of the product also was excellent, within a few days or ordering and within the time specified.”

“Bought a new Quooker tsp and cube. Contacted them because they were the cheapest but I will use them again. On 2 occasions I had to check details and they went above and beyond to help. Customer service was how you hope it will be but very often isnt. Highly recomend.”

“Didn't deliver my range cooker when agreed or let me know it wasn't coming. When I chased them they said the paperwork hadn't arrived at the delivery company. They then suggested I call the delivery company if I wanted a more accurate delivery time. Useless.”

As your review suggests this was not the case for you, we apologise. Our customers are the heart of our business and we feel regretful somewhere along the lines you have felt disappointed in our service. Having spoken to our warehouse team it seems somewhere along the lines there was a mishap with paperwork, this happens very rarely and we are extremely sorry you didn’t receive your item on the exact date you were expecting. We did manage to get this delivered to you two days later on the Monday morning slot. I do believe some complimentary pans were sent out to you as an extra apology for the inconvenience. Please know we'd like to make this right for you, feel free to contact our showroom on 0115 946 2555 to discuss your experience. We do hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your business.
