“At the height of the Pandemic my washing machine packed in and within a couple of days these guys had delivered me a new washing machine. I was a key worker and was so glad these guys had kept going. Will definitely use them again.”

“Brilliant service in store, over the phone and on delivery. The sales assistant was really helpful when I was looking at appliances in store and although the fridge-freezer I purchased was very big and proved to be difficult to get into the house the delivery guys were great, really patient and good-natured!!”

“We damaged the bin draw mechanism of our kitchen installed over 12 months ago but Jim came out and advised what needed doing to repair it and arranged the necessary parts to be order. We very much appreciated the quick response and advice, together with help sourcing the replacement parts.”

“Having checked on line for a product spec / availability and price, I came across Long Eaton Appliances. I visited the showroom, which is very impressive! I discussed the pros and cons with one of the lads (Matt??) and he gave me a price. This was much cheaper than John Lewis. Having placed the order my new coffee machine arrived within a few days. I was kept informed of the delivery date and approximate time by email. Excellent service!”

“Ordered a new washer dryer during lockdown as Long Eaton Appliances stayed open for telephone orders. Was all very well organised and delivered on time using social distancing. We were even able to leave our old machine outside to be collected. Altogether an excellent service during difficult times.”
