“Unreservedly we have rated Long Eaton appliances as very good, I would have rated them as excellent if it was available. We bought all our appliances and the kitchen + installation from them. Appliance selection was made easy and at a very good price, with very knowledgeable staff. The kitchen design through Ian was 1st class throughout, minor issues, not of his making , were resolved effortlessly. The kitchen was fitted as agreed to an excellent standard. I would, without hesitation, recommend Wayne and his team, they were professional, helpful and friendly. Overall the whole experience was1st class and without stress.”

“Having come across Long Eaton Appliances by chance on t'internet, I was extremely impressed by their pricing, their efficiency and, most of all, the quality of their personal contact. I dealt with Michael K, who was knowledgeable, reassuring and very pleasant to deal with, both by phone and email. If the manufacturer of the appliance I have ordered delivers as good a service as the shop, I will be extremely pleased. Meanwhile, I have already recommended Long Eaton Appliances Co to a family member, even though we live in Sussex, quite a distance from Nottinghamshire. A pleasure to do business with them!”

“Fantastic customer service and product knowledge. I dealt with a staff member named Michael K who's product knowledge was extremely helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with and more knowledgeably than the Neff customer service hotline. A friend recommended Long Eaton Appliances to me and I can see why having now become a customer. Best price's I could find backed up by great customer experience. Thank you.”

“I cannot fault this company at all. I rang them on the Tuesday to order a washing machine and it came two days later on the Thursday with the fitter who arrived when they said he would. He carried out the work in a friendly and efficient manner observing all protocols and took away the old machine and wrappings etc. I cannot recommend them highly enough”

“Very good service. They couldn't do enough for us. We needed a new sink due to ours leaking and they arrange it despite the fact the shop was closed due to Coronavirus, they still arranged everything for us and sorted this out. Very friendly and would highly recommend. Thank you.”
