“I bought a Liebherr Fridge-Freezer. All handled very pleasantly and efficiently, from the lady who took my order to the delivery men, and all done at the time and date specified when ordering. The fridge-freezer is good quality too, as expected from that manufacturer.”

“We discovered Long Eaton Appliances on line during the pandemic when our oven extract stopped working. It took just one phone call. The gentleman was most helpful in guiding us to the most suitable replacement product and we completed the sale. We were able to collect it the same day and their system was well set up. Excellent service all round and we thoroughly recommend them.”

“I ordered early in lockdown so to be fair things rre a bit up in the air. I I didn't have a confirmation email or hear anything for a few days but when I was contacted delivrry was arranged quickly & the service was friendly. I'm happy with the product too.”

“in lockdown fridge freezer bust came to our help big time ! sorted us out via phone delivered installed old one taken nothing but praise for Dave and team all kitted out in masks gloves and reassurance thank you ,all done in an hour from phone does we will be back for more !!”
