“Got a call day after ordering “The product you ordered is not in stock but we’re expect stock next week….” 3 calls later and 3 weeks after placing the order I cancelled. Its now week 4 and I’m still waiting for my credit card to show a credit.”

“Ordered and paid for a cooker after 2 weeks and no communication I called to be told no stock and didn’t know when I would have so I ordered elsewhere and was delivered next day very unprofessional”

“We were fortunate to find the Professional + Rangemaster model we had searched far and wide for. The price was better than we had been quoted several places elsewhere for a delivery 6 months hence. Our delivery was in two days, and was made by the most efficient team I`ve ever encountered.”

“Easy process, all staff friendly and helpful. Oven ordered and arrived early, fitted via Long Eaton Appliances no problem, prompt, no issues at all. Oven is a Neff, seems like a good oven, very fast warm up, had to reduce cooking times.”

“Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of appliances and best fit for my family needs, with the added bonus of if they haven't got it, they can source it. I felt that as they are a local and small company, everything was very personalised throughout. Including delivery. Highly recommended.”

Apologies for this Mrs King the system sends out every 3-6 months but doesn't know about the delays caused by the pandemic . You should have had a call advising you with a date for this coming in.

“Used this company to order a new fridge freezer just from their reviews online. Had a bad experience with some of the big boys out there.
