“Range cooker arrived on time as promised. Product was a competitive price. Two man delivery was only cause for concern as was not particularly professional. Had barrow but no lifting gear to get cooker into house. Cooker was rather bundled through the door on its end. Good job it was well packaged.”

Hi Mr Short, Our delivery notes have this down as a two man delivery . The delivery service we use have not made us aware of any issues but i will be calling now to check with you that everything is ok . Kind regards

“Really impressed with this company. Bought a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, which needed ordering in and they were clear and honest about delivery timeframes. The price was really competitive and whenever I dealt with Long Eaton appliances on the phone, the service was excellent. I used the installer, who did a good job and I only had to pay the balance when I was satisfied with the installation. If you are attracted by the good prices, you will not find that this is at at the expense of poor or minimal service.”

“Bought another Blomberg appliance, as so impressed with tier value for money features! This time, a replacement dishwasher for our broken Zanussi! Slight communications breakdown about getting it installed and old one taken away, but a quick phone call fixed equally quickly! So, can't fault the service, speed or ordering, even the prices are not bad at all and certainly value for money!”

“Great service and price. I had a bit of difficulty trying to get the range cooker we needed/wanted, luckily by dealing direct with Long Eaton got the cooker we were after at a great price. The service was first class, I would recommend them without hesitation.”

“Possibly the most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced only superseded by possibly the most uneducated, rude and unhelpful customer service advisor in the entire United Kingdom. Company was quick to take my order and instant payment but on some sort of twisted logic decided not to ship within the UK. After a quick geograpy lesson that fell on deaf ears my order was terminated. "It's hard to soar like an Eagle when you're dealing with Turkeys"”
