“Wonderful customer service. From ringing to order a replacement washer to having it delivered fitted and the old one taken away the service was wonderful. As a pensioner they made me feel very comfortable. I’ll be using this company again if neeeded Thank you to Terry, Reg and Sean for looking after me. Pauline”

“Wonderful and efficient delivery team today delivering my smeg microwave. Best price with delivery included , kept up to date all along with my order would use this company every time . “Excellent customer service from the team at Long Eaton and also by the delivery team of Reg and Shaun. Would really recommend this company as nothing was too much trouble. I felt informed and not rushed whilst choosing my new cooker and was kept upto date on the delivery time scale, which, as a bonus, was delivered early.”

“We were looking to replace our washing machine and made Long Eaton Appliance our first port of call as we had successfully used them before. Their product range is very wide and their prices very competitive but above all the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff is the reason we continue to use them”

“This is our second time purchasing from Long Eaton Appliances, this time kitting out a utility room with washer,dryer ,hob and extractor, we dealt with Gareth who is very knowledgeable, we didn't know exactly which brand/ model we wanted but knew which features we needed, he helped us to navigate the appliance minefield. We live some distance from long Eaton but felt it was worth it for the expert advise and knowledge. Thankyou”

“Highly recommended Searched EVERY site for best prices for a full kitchen, all bosch appliences and could only find one item cheaper. The more you buy the more discount you get.Stored appliances until required and delivered as arranged. Could not be happier.”
