“Ordered a new loft ladder and hatch , which was supplied and fitted within a week. Very competitively priced, the quality of the work was excellent and the area was left clean and tidy. First class customer service throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.”

“Excellent job on my recent loft boarding project. Right from the first telephone interactions the team at Loft Storage Room Company was professional and friendly. The surveyor explained the different options for my loft project and what would work best and there was no sales pressure. When it came to the project the team were able to accommodate a late change in my schedule as I had some other building works in progress. The job was done to a very good standard and I was given all the back-up information and control permits. I am very happy with my new loft space it has turned out better than I would have imagined and it has been a real great benefit to have it done up.”

“Very impressed with promptness, courtesy and efficiency of the fitters - had originally booked a manually operated ladder but when that proved unsuitable they left a temporary ladder until the electric one was ready. My only niggle was that I thought the decorations would be made good after the fitting - the new architrave has an unsightly gap at the side where the old one was, and a light fitting had to be moved leaving a hole in the ceiling. It's not so easy (and expensive) to get a decorator in to attend to that. As for the Skylark ladder, I love it - 5 stars for that, 4 stars to having to redecorate.”

“Lovely company to deal with . I ordered a replacement loft ladder and the job was completed within a week . The fitter showed me how it worked , it was very easy . Very reasonable price and no mess. I would recommend to anyone .”

“I would definitely recommend Loft Storage Room Company after they put in my loft door, ladder and lighting. They were incredibly responsive and were able to come round within a couple of weeks. Ben was very professional and did a great job in no time at all!”

“Really quick response to my enquiry. Had a lovely man pop round to assess the work and give me a couple of quotes. I was so happy with the quotes I decided to have the whole loft done. Date for work was perfect for me and the crew that I had did a brilliant job and worked tirelessly. I love the finished product”

“Very good service from Loft Storage Room. All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Quote is detailed with each stage priced out. We had full storage room package, which involved some structural work, full boarding out, installation of velux windows and loft ladder. Staff on site were very courteous and tidied up at the end of everyday. All in all, great service and would recommend.”
