“Jack and his team were brilliant, they could not have been more friendly and helpful. They cleared up brilliantly and very kindly helped me lift some heavy boxes at the end. Highly recommend this company. Glenn the surveyor was also brilliant.”

“Ben arrived on time, surveyed the loft hatch area and explained how the new ladder and hatch were going to be installed. The work was completed in good time, the area left clean and tidy and Ben fully explained how to lower and raise the ladder. We would have no hesitation in using this company again.”

“The team were a genuine pleasure to deal with lots of practical advice to help us make the right choices for our storage needs. On the day the fitters were great chaos who answered our questions and made the necessary adjustments to accommodate our work from home needs. Overall really pleasant experience would recommend!”

“Glen was very understanding about our budget and gave honest advice regarding what we needed. The quote was given a couple of hours later via email. Everything seemed easy to organise with our installation day. The guys were punctual, worked very quickly, hoovered and took all the rubbish away. We now have a sturdy loft ladder with lighting and strong flooring. Thoroughly recommend Loft Storage Room Company”

“Very pleased with the work carried out. From start to finish Loft Storage Room Company were helpful, professional and punctual. A surveyor came round a couple of days after I first phoned. I received a quote for the work later that day. I phoned to accept the quote and they were able to booked me in the following week as there had been a cancellation. Excellent quality work.”

“We had quotes from various companies and Loft Storage Room was very competitive, with some additional extras thrown in. The customer service was excellent and even when there was a challenge to resolve it was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend them to create the loft space you want, they did a great job on mine.”

“Very happy with the overall service and work carried out. After making an enquiry online a survey date was booked in the same day, and the quote from the survey was in my inbox within 24 hours, any queries I had were always responded to promptly and politely. The two workers who came to do the work were lovely, very quick, and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely use again and be recommending to others, thanks all!”

“The staff were unfriendly and the work that was asked to do was not done. The materials used were the cheapest they could find. When trying to contact the office they said they phone back but never did. Every time when called they said they look into it but that never happened, very disappointed paid a lot of money for the work.”

If you were a verified customer we could reach out to you privately to discuss this, but you are not. It is our understanding from your review that you apparently paid us a lot of money, for work we did not carry out and yet you note the materials we used (for the work we did not carry out) are not only cheap but actually the cheapest we could source. And that not only are our office staff / Installers unhelpful and unresponsive but also unfriendly. And yet you still paid us for work we did not carry out. You are clearly not a customer of ours as your experience does not align with our excellent customer service, our respect for our customers, our use of the highest quality of products or our basic company values. Perhaps you have us confused with a another loft company?

“We had a surveyor visit our property and received a quote within 24 hours, which was impressively quick. Although the general wait time was 2–3 weeks, they had a cancellation just three days later, and we were able to take advantage of the earlier appointment. Alex and Glenn carried out the work, and they were both extremely professional. They completed the job to a very high standard, listened to our requirements, and made sure everything was left clean and tidy before they left. Based on the excellent service we've received, we've already requested quotes for a few more jobs and hope to use their services again soon. A special mention also goes to their office team, who were polite, efficient, and kept us updated throughout the process, including letting us know exactly when the team was due to arrive. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish.”

“The whole process of having a loft ladder installed and the attic re-insulated and boarded went extremely smoothly. Everyone was polite and efficient and the work was completed promptly and the attic never been so clean and tidy. Highly recommend.”

“Fantastic service, reliable and professional. Very impressed by their quality of finish. Staff all polite and courteous and work finished within expected timelines and tidied every day causing minimal disruption. No hidden extras in their quotation and project managed stress free. “The Loft Storage Room Company is exceptionally easy to work with. They provided a survey and then a detailed quote. The work was done to a very high standard, and the staff worked even through the extreme heat wave. We had them do the loft in our old house, and were impressed, so when we moved house, years later, we had them come to the new house, too.”
