“Lockrite was fantastic from first enquiry to end result. Ray's communication was always timely, clear and concise prior to job completion. It was easy to communicate with Ray and he even sent a reminder on the day. Ray was friendly, informative and got the job done in a timely manner. “Locked out of my house, spoke to John Paul. Very professional and polite. Arrived asap, kept me updated on his arrival time. Managed to fix the problem in no time with no damage to my lock. Very happy customer, thank you John Paul.”

“All i can say it what a fabulous service. My mechanism on my back door had broken and i had been unable to lock my door. I had slept with something wedged to prevent the door being opened. Within 40 minutes of calling Josh was at my home. He was clear and upfront on the call out charge and potentials costs and assured me if he did have the correct system he would make it safe overnight. Luckily he had the part and in less thsn 45 minutes the job was done. The charges were as advised with no suprises and fair and reasonable. Would i remmend his services, absolutely I would, friendly, polite and fair priced.”

“Contacted LockRite as my front door wouldn't lock upon exiting my home,so I google searched a locksmith in my area.LockRite website caught my eye immediately as it looked very professional and was close to where I live so I gave them a call,this was at 9:10am,spoke with Mick Bott who was very polite and professional on the telephone I explained what was wrong and he said he could be with me for 10:30am, great i thought, he actually arrived far quicker than that,, he sorted out my door,, very pleased indeed, highly recomended company and the prices very good 10/10”

“Rang this afternoon and David came out in half an hour. Great service. Sorted out a door lock that had been acting up for months. Managed to sort it out, adjust my door, lubricate the hinges and had everything working smoothly again. Very quick, pleasant and efficient. Pleased with the basic price which was clearly stated up front. Thank you. Highly recommend the service.”
