“Colin was amazing, super efficient, very polite and was into my dad house in no time. He responded to my request as a matter of urgency so we could get to my dad who was very ill. I would highly recommend this service.”

“Alan the Locksmith was extremely punctual, polite and helpful, explaining exactly what the fault was and how he would remedy. No lock replacement was necessary because he cleaned the mechanism thoroughly and there was a marked improvement in efficiency so that it is possible now to close the deadlock quietly.”

“We rang about 12.30 midday about our UPVC back door lock which had jammed in the locked position. By 14.00 the lock was un-jammed and the mechanism repaired. The lock had been troublesome for a long time. The work was done with professionalism and speed. Excellent work at a reasonable price. Thanks”

“We had an emergency with the door lock on a housebound relatives front door. It was needed to let in carers without any trouble. Called Chad who was there within the hour and fixed it. No fuss no bother job done can’t ask for better than that”
