“Locksmith, good. But quote on phone poor as under the impression it was £69 NOT £82.80. Please do not quote pre VAT figures as it is VERY misleading...unless one can choose not to pay the VAT......... the lady on the telephone did not pass on the message accurately, which is pretty fundamental, which meant i had to explain everything twice.”

“We needed a quick repair to secure my Mothers home ... LockRite managed this with ease. They kept in touch with time of arrival which made our arrangements much easier to manage. Ralph was brilliant, very friendly and explained the full process to both myself and my mother, which was nice to have her involved and not just a spectator. LockRite and Ralph provided a great and easy service .. Thank you and if we have any other issues your our first call ...”
