“Ray carried out a full battery change and service to our Yale alarm system today. He is a very personable individual and carried out the work in a timely and efficient manner. He also carried out a couple of additions to the service (securing the outside alarm much better to the wall than it had been) at no extra charge. Whilst nobody likes expense, I felt that the charge of £85.00 plus vat was very reasonable given the amount of work and materials needed. I can warmly recommend him for anyone requiring his services”
