“Chad was delightful. I was very impressed with the flexibility to find a time so quickly. He also helped out with the handle underneath our lock - fitting, sourcing etc. I have used Chad several times before and always recommend him.”

“Alan was very helpful and professional. The problem was not an emergency but haviing been sent photographs of the lock he thought he had a solution. He could not come the same day but made sure he came the next within the time scale he promised. He did a great job.”

“Ian arrived quickly, was friendly and professional. Work was completed swiftly and to good quality. Price was reasonable. Job involved replacing the cylinder of a broken dead bolt and repositioning the strike plate of a very stiff night latch / Yale lock.”
