“Alan was excellent. Simple matter that I'd locked my keys in my flat but he had great telephone manner, was very friendly when he arrived (within 20 minutes), sorted my issue very quickly and was on his way. For the same job I was quoted by another company three times what I paid to lockrite plus any tools and equipment used. My payment was taken over the phone by a very nice lady who had it completed in about two minutes. All in all, fantastic service and Alan's going to be my go-to for any locksmithing needs I might have in the future.”

“Chris did an excellent job, with very prompt same-day service to sort out my back door that wouldn’t lock. Although I hadn’t originally asked for it, he also serviced 2 other doors that had locking difficulty and all at the same price he had originally quoted. He was very careful to observe the “social distancing” during his visit (which was whilst we were in “lock down”). We are really happy to recommend him.”
