“Excellent service, arrived promptly, 45 mins after I rang. Gave me two options of lock barrels as my mam has dementia he thought the lock that does not need a key inside to lock door may be better for her, which I agreed, easier for her to turn the knob to lock the door. Fitted lock, no mess made. Would highly recommend. Thank you”

“Phil from Lockrite called me back within half an hour of my desperate call despite the fact I am 10,000 miles away.. Phil went above and beyond for us at the property when found ourselves in a totally upsetting situation. Not just changing the locks but explaining what had happened to the doors, showing me on a video call exactly what he’d done and explaining why he’d done it. Absolute superb service and a really kind man. 100% recommend for peace of mind, great price and exceptional service!! Thank you Phil.”
