“I had a fantastic experience with LockRite. Freddie was able to come out really quickly after I called, which was such a relief. When he arrived, he took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my lock, which I really appreciated. He then fixed it efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend LockRite, and especially Freddie!”

“Cliff responded really quickly to my call and was over the next day. He offered several options for a solution and was clear around insurance implications of those options. He was friendly, professional and not at all patronising! Will definitely use again and recommend.”

“Friendly and efficient service from Adam. Talked me through options and times to visit, kept me informed of his arrival time. On arrival, he talked through the job, what he needed to do and how long it would take. When finished, he demonstrated the new key and showed the existing key still worked. Excellent service.”

“Booked the service with Ian who kept in touch regarding arrival time. Problem with back door unlocking which he was able to fix and he did a thorough maintenance check of the door locking system. Very pleased with the service Ian gave to us.”

“I was delighted with the way the locksmith not only fitted my work in - a back door with a broken lock, so I was unale to make my house secure - at the end of the normal working day, but managed to insert a new lock and make the whole thing work again. He took a great deal of care and was a very tidy worker. he was pleasant and polite. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.”
