“Very professional and polite from the first phone call to completing the job. As we were locked out of the house, I had a number of questions which were answered politely and professionally which reassured me that I was dealing with a genuine locksmith. This had not been the case with other people I had rang. I would highly recommend LockRite Locksmiths. Plus the price was reasonable and no added VAT. Thank you.”

“The locksmith (Alan) was excellent, punctual and professional. he was completely honest and explained every single cost and process involved (mainly due to the fact my origional door lock was ancient and everything was out of sized). alan explained everything and then left the decision of the refit to me. it was such a nice change to suddenly be hammered with hidden *costs* at the end - he told me the price, stuck to it and did a very professional job that im very happy with. would definitely recommend to others.”

“Phoned Wed p.m, immediate response from John, job booked for Friday morning. Prompt arrival, efficient appraisal of what was needed. John set to work after happily removing shoes to protect my carpets indoors. John , who clearly knew what he was doing, wasted no time getting down to tackling the job, which was soon expertly completed, all sorted. I have already asked him to return soon to change the locks another property next door. Great service, & I appreciated the 'old school ' courtesy & gentlemanly manners-thank you.”
