“Called on Sunday to make a Monday appointment which was smooth. Matt turned up on time and was amazing throughout. He managed to resolve a tricky door mechanism failure, gained us entry to our front door that was previously inaccessible and installed a new lock system. He was super personable and we ended up having a great chat. I'd highly recommend him and LockRite. Thanks for the super service from start to finish.”

“Ross phoned within minutes of me putting a query on checkatrade. Told him the issue as the front door wouldn't lock. He was able to provide a quote over the phone and arrived at the property to fix the issue within 20 minutes. He was also happy if I wanted to receive a few quotes before using him to see if I could get a cheaper price. The price he issued was good value so I went ahead with it. Great guy, is happy to chat whilst doing the job which put me and my family at ease. Very knowledgeable about the business and honestly couldn't fault the service at all. Door now works great and he's even solved the stiffness in shutting the door we used to have. Would highly recommend using this company again and I know I will be whenever I have issues.”
